How I Guide You
A blend of structure, softness, and lived experience
My approach is rooted in two things:
grounded structure and lived experience.
The structure comes from somatic training, breathwork certification, and years of guiding women through seasons of transition.
The lived experience comes from walking this path myself — learning how the body holds emotions, how patterns shape us, and how breath creates space to soften and rewrite what no longer serves.
Together, these create a clear and compassionate way of working: one that meets you exactly where you are, without pressure or performance.
How I hold the space
Every session is held with:
Compassion — you’re met with warmth, never judgment.
Choice — you always have agency; every practice is an invitation.
Pacing that honors your body — slow enough for safety, spacious enough for release.
Attunement — I guide based on what your body shows, not what a script demands.
