How I Guide You
My approach is rooted in two things: gentle structure and lived experience.
Together, they create a grounded, attuned space for your clarity to rise.

Lived Experience
A path I’ve walked myself
I’ve learned firsthand how the body holds stories — and how breath, presence, and gentleness create space to rewrite them.
This work isn’t theoretical to me.
It’s lived, embodied, and shaped by real moments of loss, rebuilding, and remembering myself again.
In practice, this means working with simple breathing cues, gentle awareness, and the body’s natural signals — not forcing calm or pushing through.
How I hold the space
Every session is:

You’re never pushed or expected to “perform.” We move gently, with respect for what your body is ready for.

Practices meet you where you are that day — your breath, your rhythm, your energy.

Everything is an invitation. You always have agency, and your body leads the way.

This work honors the many ways women — across cultures — have learned to hold emotion, responsibility, and care for others.

We follow breath and sensation so your clarity can rise from within, not from effort.
My role is as a guide to help you hear yourself again.

I know this path because I’ve lived it — the high-achieving, people-pleasing, always-doing version of me who forgot how to rest and be.
Her Clarity grew from that unraveling — a space for women ready to stop performing and start feeling again.

This is for women who are capable, high-functioning, and carrying a lot quietly, and want support that feels practical, embodied, and deeply personal.

A soft, accessible and intimate breathwork class designed to help you unwind, settle your nervous system, and return to yourself.
