I help women calm their nervous systems, reconnect with their bodies, and make choices with clarity — starting with breath.
Meet Liana
Hi, I’m Liana — I’m so glad you’re here.
Through my own journey of loss, rebuilding, and self-discovery, I’ve learned that clarity isn’t something we find — it’s something we remember once our bodies feel safe enough to exhale again.
My work weaves somatic awareness, breathwork, and reflective coaching to help women slow down, reconnect with their inner rhythm, and rebuild trust within themselves.
I guide women across cultures to soften, breathe, and return to their inner power. I teach tools and practices that help you listen to your body’s wisdom, so your whole system can do what it’s designed to do: heal, restore, and come back into balance.
My Story
For much of my life, I defined myself through achievement and how others perceived me.
But in 2016, everything shifted.
I became the primary caretaker for my mother during her illness, while the foundations of my life — relationships, work, and home — all began to unravel. Within weeks, everything familiar was gone, and I no longer knew who I was without it.
When I lost her, I also lost the version of myself that had been holding everything together.
Yet in that quiet collapse, I discovered the beginning of something new — a slower, deeper way of being.
“Healing isn’t becoming someone new — it’s remembering who you are.”
I learned that healing isn’t about becoming someone different; it’s about remembering who you are beneath the striving, the stories, and the survival.
Her Clarity was born from that remembering — from learning to build safety within my own body, to breathe again, and to trust life’s rhythm.
I know this path because I’ve lived it — the high-achieving, people-pleasing, always-doing version of me who forgot how to rest.
Her Clarity grew from that unraveling — a space for women who are ready to stop performing and start feeling again.
Those years taught me what clarity truly means — not as an idea, but as an embodied experience.
Before founding Her Clarity, I spent years guiding others through moments of uncertainty — helping them reconnect with what’s true and rebuild a sense of belonging from within.
Rooted Between Worlds
Raised between the United States and Taiwan and now based in Hong Kong, I’ve spent much of my life moving between cultures and expectations — learning how to find belonging and clarity within.
That cross-cultural lens shapes everything I do.
Her Clarity is where East and West meet through the language of the body, breath, and presence.
“Belonging begins when we return to ourselves.”
I’ve come to see how culture and lineage shape the ways we hold emotion, care, and safety in our bodies.
For many women — especially those raised within East Asian narratives — calmness was praised, while self-expression was misunderstood. In learning to be composed, many of us also learned to overextend — to nurture, to excel, to perform, to hold it all together.
My work honors that nuance, guiding women to reclaim softness and self-trust as forms of power.
Because when one woman heals, she doesn’t just change her own story — she gives others permission to move differently, too.
From Structure to Soul
How an academic foundation evolved into an embodied approach to clarity and healing.
My Approach & Foundations
Before founding Her Clarity, I earned a Master of Education and spent years guiding people through seasons of change — helping them make sense of uncertainty and reconnect with what matters most.
Over time, I learned that clarity often begins not in control, but in the quiet space between certainty and surrender.
Those experiences taught me that clarity isn’t only mental — it’s something we feel when we’re seen, supported, and safe enough to pause.
“True learning begins when we stop performing and start listening within.”
My work blends somatic healing, breathwork, and reflective coaching — grounded in both structure and soul.
My certifications offer structure, but true transformation comes through presence, compassion, and connection.
Each session is a space to slow down, breathe, and remember that you already hold what you’re seeking.

Her Clarity Philosophy
Healing becomes possible when the body feels safe.
The body already knows the way home. When we slow down long enough to listen, we rediscover a language older than words — breath, sensation, and presence.
At Her Clarity, we believe:
Safety comes first. When the nervous system settles, clarity naturally rises.
Change doesn’t require force. Gentleness and compassion create space for real shifts to occur.
The body speaks. Breath and sensation often show us what the mind overlooks.
Healing is remembering. Not becoming someone new — returning to yourself.
Culture shapes us. Many East Asian women — and others learned to be composed, capable, and self-contained — this work gently opens space to feel again — without fear or pressure.
Healing ripples outward. When one woman heals, generations exhale.
