and return to what’s already here — with guidance, steadiness, and choice.

whether that's joining a public gathering, booking something private for your own circle,
or a deeper one-to-one path.

All offerings are grounded in:

Public Seasonal Events

Small, guided group gatherings — open to all

My monthly-ish public sessions bring women together for a morning/afternoon/evening of breathwork, visualization and somatic practices, guided by a seasonal or emotional theme. This is the easiest way to experience the work in person, meet other women in this community, and feel what a session with me is like — no private booking required.

Each gathering may include:

  • a breathwork flow designed around the theme, set to music

  • a guided visualization practice (calming nature imagery, or picturing your most grounded self)

  • somatic movement and release

  • space to connect and bond with the other women in the room

  • guided reflection or journaling

  • optional sharing (never required)

Private Group Events

Breathwork and somatic sessions for your circle

Beyond my public gatherings, I also host private sessions for bachelorette parties, birthdays, retreats, and other celebrations — anywhere a group of women wants to slow down and connect before the celebration begins.

Every private session is tailored to the group: the guest of honor, the occasion, and what the group needs that day. Past sessions have opened bachelorette weekends, marked milestone birthdays, and grounded women's retreats before the rest of the itinerary began.

A steady one-to-one space to work with breath, somatic cues, and reflection — tailored to your patterns, pace, and capacity. This container is designed for women who are often “the one holding things together”, and are ready for support that feels customized, practical, embodied, and deeply personal. Sessions are guided with care and attunement, meeting your nervous system where it is each time.

A small, seasonal group journey for women who want to explore this work more consistently over time, with gentle structure, rhythm, and shared presence.

The Circle offers space to slow down together, integrate practices, and deepen regulation and clarity within a steady, supportive group.
