Ways to Work Together

A permission-based, body-led path back to clarity

Her Clarity offers permission-based, nervous-system-informed support for women who are
capable, high-functioning, and quietly carrying a lot.

This work is not about fixing yourself or becoming someone new.
It’s about slowing down enough to listen, regulate,
and return to what’s already here — with guidance, steadiness, and choice.

You’re invited to begin in the way that feels most supportive right now —
whether that’s a gentle pause or deeper one-to-one work.

Is this for me?

This work may be supportive for you if you:

  • feel capable and high-functioning, yet often exhausted beneath the surface

  • notice you live more in your head than in your body

  • are learning to soften over-thinking and over-giving

  • are ready to redirect the care you give others back toward yourself

If you recognize yourself here, trust that recognition.

You don’t need to be at a breaking point to begin — just willing to listen differently.

How we can work together

Her Clarity offers different entry points based on where you are in your journey — from gentle, accessible beginnings to deeper, more sustained support.

All offerings are grounded in:

  • body-led presence

  • nervous-system awareness

  • choice over performance

  • depth without pressure

There is no urgency here. You’re encouraged to move at your own pace.

Offerings

1:1 Her Clarity Journey

Private, personalized nervous-system support

A steady one-to-one space to work with breath, somatic cues, and reflection —
tailored to your patterns, pace, and capacity.

This container is designed for women who are often “the one holding things together,” and are ready for support that feels customized, practical, embodied, and deeply personal.

Sessions are guided with care and attunement, meeting your nervous system where it is each time.

  • Private 1:1 sessions

  • Breathwork, somatic cues, and integration

  • Online or in person (by availability)

Seasonal Group Sessions

Small, guided group experiences

Intimate breathwork and somatic sessions designed to help you unwind, settle your nervous system, and return to yourself.

These experiences are intentionally kept small and unhurried, allowing the work to feel steady, personal, and supported — never performative.

Each session is guided by a seasonal or emotional theme, and may include:

  • breathwork flow designed and tailored to the group and theme

  • guided somatic movements (similar to yin practices)

  • quiet reflection or journaling

  • optional sharing (never required)

Upcoming themes may include:
The Overachiever’s Exhale · The Flow of Enough · Unwind Your Mind

Her Clarity Circle (opening later)

A deeper, guided group container

A small, seasonal group journey for women who want to explore this work more consistently over time, with gentle structure, rhythm, and shared presence.

The Circle offers space to slow down together, integrate practices, and deepen regulation and clarity within a steady, supportive group.

Details are shared first with those on the interest list when the next cycle opens.
