“Before the session, I had tense neck and shoulders from working on the computer and felt stressed from overthinking. I could fall asleep easily, but often woke up 3–4 hours after and struggled to get deep sleep again.
During the session, I felt very relaxed — almost like lucid dreaming — very relaxed but still awake and conscious.
That night and in the days after, my sleep improved significantly.
